Main Ping Test
It is necessary to check whether the main control PC (PD#1) is well connected to all the systems and devices.
1.Use CMD
Use the Window CMD command window to attempt to ping each system.
[Ping test step using CMD]
Search for 'CMD' in the execution window (Win+R key) or 'cmd' in the program search bar and run it
After checking the IP information for each PC system, perform a ping test
Ex) ping 10.82.18.2
2.Use PinginfoView
When setting up the PC initially, perform the PinginfoView program to attempt to ping communication to each system.
1.[PingInfoView Execution Steps]
Download my PC > > go pinginfoview
Run pingInfoView
※ When mounting the Ghost image, it is an automatically installed file, so if there is no file, request to the H/W team
2. [Ping Options 설정 단계]
Collect the IP addresses of each PC system that requires a ping test and enter them into 'Addresses list to ping'
Click “Ok”
※ For details related to Pinginfoview, please refer to the 'Readme' notepad in the path of the program execution folder.
3. [After confirming the result value, the abnormal PC system action]
3.Use 4DDM Log
Click the Log button at the top of the middle of the 4DDM program to check if the ping communication is good for each PC system connected to 4DDM. The Log value displayed here displays only the list where communication failed.

According to the Daemon name in the table below, it is necessary to check whether the Daemon process is running well on each PC or whether the process is registered in the startup program
PC Name | PD#1 | PD#2 | PreSd | MMs | MMc | CMd | PostSd | VPd |
Daemon Name | 4DAgent | 4DAgent | 4DAgent | 4DAgent | 4DAgent | 4DAgent | 4DAgent | 4DAgent |
