4D Device Manager

UI app that sets up and maps IP based on devices installed in the Venue and the Racks to perform all settings for shooting

4DML


4D Media Live

The input image is processed to create transcoding and image segments (.m4s, flagmented mp4) and manifest files (.m3u8). An instance that converts the video source of each camera channel to the 4DHLS format consisting of one 4DMLM (4DML Manager) that manages processing internally and multiple 4DMLMP’s (4DML Media Pipeline) that performs actual processing.

Multimedia Maker Daemon Client

A PC that performs Replay production tasks and calibration tasks assigned by MMS

Multimedia Maker Daemon

It is a general name for a Daemon that performs an image or function to be produced based on the original camera image, and refers to MMS and MMCs attached thereto.

MMS

Multimedia Maker Daemon Server

An MMC management PC that assigns tasks to MMC and merges the results created in each MMC to produce results.

Pre Storage Daemon

A Daemon that saves the original image from the camera and provides the original image to VPd/4DDM/4DPS/MMc

Post Storage Daemon

A Daemon that collects the original of the video for Live Service and transmits them to 4DRS

IMS

Integrated Management Server

A system that stores and controls information from the 4DReplay shooting system and the 4DLive relay system. There is a separate web page that can be used by the operator. i.e. the server that manages the HW/SW/configuration of the venue and the service configuration.

CMS

Contents Management Server

A system that manages content such as sports event information, replay videos, and interactive videos. It consists of a content database, an API server that provides content information to applications, and a web page that allows operators to manage content. That is, a server that manages information about all contents to be created and delivered to the customer during the service.

H.264

 

The video compression standard is more advanced than the existing MPEG-4 Part2. Also known as AVC (Advanced Video Coding)

H.265

 

MPEG-H Part.2, which can be compressed to the same image quality with 50% of the data compared to H.264, is also called HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding).
