Step of ReCalibration

You can reset the calibration while shooting video if you need to modify the initial calibration settings or if the camera's position changes slightly while shooting and needs to be recalibrated. Use the following steps to reset the calibration.

Step 1. [Run ReCalibration]

  • Selecting a ReCalibration Point

  1. Run PD > Connect and select Record > Recognize Camera Position Change > ReCalibration

  2. Create a marker on the timeline (shortcut key: Z)

  3. Select a time marker to apply ReCalibration to

Step 2. [Verify the Recalibration task]

  • ReCalibration Load to 4DDM & Check

  1. OK: Forward image to PD → DM (Cancel: Cancel ReCalibration)

  2. Yes: Recall Recording Image Calibration (No: Do not recall Recording Image)

Step 3. [ReCalibration Compare & Modify(In 4DDM)

  • ReCalibration Compare

  1. Video from ReCalibration Loaded into 4DDM

  2. Check the match between 4DPD Record screen and 4DDM Calibration screen

  • Calibration Data Modify

  1. Calibration Progresses Based on Updated Image from DM to Calibration

  2. Set 2D/3D/2D+ Position Tracking

  3. Reset Point

  4. Calibration adjustment completed > Click Save Calibration Data

Step 4.

  • Calibration Modify Check

  1. Displaying ReCalibration Points in the 4DPD Timeline after a Calibration Save in 4DM

  2. Proceed with creating data with ReCalibration applied from this point forward

  3. If you do not save the calibration in 4DDM, it will remain unapplied as it's only requested but not modified
