(ENG) [4DPD] Post Stabil

 Post Stabil is an add-on created to compensate for the problem of video quality deterioration due to camera shake during the rotation section when making 4DPD Replay videos. Post Stabilization is the original language, and CMd must be installed to use the feature.

UI Function

※Settings

  • After Check Preference → Record → Use Core Module Daemon check IP and Venue settings.

  • File List

    • Set the path where the Replay video is stored in the Folder and select the video to proceed with Post Stabil from the list

 

  • ROI Setting

    • Display the selected image as a list of rotation sections

    • When selecting a list, go to the first frame of the rotation section and set the ROI (Region Of Interesting)

    • The playback/stop section is not displayed, and a JSON file with the same file name is created when the image is created, and information about the rotation section is stored in the JSON file

 

  • Post Stable

    • Post stabilization centered on the ROI area specified for the selected image

    • In the case of a logo insertion video, check Use Logo and shovel the logo into the video after Stabilization

    • After post stabil, compare the images before and after correction, send out SDI after comparing the correction images, or proceed with re-calibration

 

  • Player

    • The area where the selected replay video is played

    • When selecting a rotation section, directly specify the ROI area that is the center of rotation with the mouse

 

Step of Post Stabilization

After creating the replay video, proceed in the following order to use the Post Stabil function.

Step 1.

[Steps to link with CMd device]

  1. [Preference]> [Record]> [Use Core Module Daemon] 선택

  2. Core Module Daemon IP: CMd PC IP input

  3. Stabilization Venue: Select Event

  4. [DM]> [System Lisy Tab] > Check daemon connection status > click Reconnect

※ System Requirements

  • MMd: UP from 4.1.0.15

  • CMd: UP from 4.1.3.0

  • Stabilized File Name: "_stabil.mp4"

 

Step 2.

[Steps to check whether the Replay video is saved]

  1. 4DPD> Record > Connect > Marker Select > Make > Replay Check whether the video is saved

  2. Check the automatic creation of a JSON file with the same name as the Replay video

※ The JSON file contains making information for post stabilization.

※ Default storage path

  • Replay: {MMS PC IP}\Spd_Movie\replay​

  • JSON: MMS PC\Spd_Movie\replay\pos t_stabil

 

 

Step 3. [Select Post Stabil Video]

  • Steps to select a Post Stabil target

  1. Select the Post Stabil tab

  2. Select the video to apply Post Stabil (if necessary, set the import path)

  3. Check the selected video in the Player area

※ The post stabilization function cannot be used for videos where the Swipe (Rotation) section appears from the first frame of the video

 

 

 

Step 4. [Select Rotation Section]

  1. Select a Swipe segment from the ROI Setting list

  2. Generate ROI (red square range) with Drag & Drop in the Player area, which becomes the center of the screen and compensates for shaking when the screen is rotated

  3. Create an ROI range at the start point of every swipe in the ROI Setting list

  4. If you need to insert a logo, check
    Use Logo (*Logo insertion is done at the end after all Stabil processes.)

  5. Click Post Stabilization

※If the post stabilization operation fails, ROI square area readjustment is required (failure if set too large)

Step 5. [PPost Stabil Video Comparison]

 

  • Post Stabil Calibration Before and After Video Comparison

    • Automatically pops up when the Post Stabil task is completed

    • Left, pre-correction video / Right, post-correction video playback, left/right video at the same time to check the Post Stabil effect

    • If you need to transmit the applied video SDI, select Add to SDI

    • If you need to re-modify, select the previous page button in the upper left corner to reset it

    • Save Post Stabil Video

      • Enter the Replay save path

      • Original video _stabil Generate with file name (MMS\Spd_Movie\replay)

 

Step 6. SDI transmission (when SDI transmission is required)

  • SDI Transmission

    • Select the SDI tab

    • Post Stabil applied video List Up and playback
