Before You Begin

Before You Begin

In order to use the 4DLive service, it is necessary to establish a pre-stage IMS (Integrated Management System) that sets camera group/channel information, synchronizes and updates Venue SW, updates camera firmware, and updates schedules.

  • IMS glossary

    • Venue ID: Issuing a unique four-digit number to manage the group/channel information of each match separately

    • System ID: Venue ID + one letter of the alphabet (uppercase) is issued to manage the group/channel information of each match separately

    • If the camera setting value is changed in the same venue, increase the alphabet

    • The number of event registrations per venue increases the last four digits

      • Ex) NCAA 2.5차(RTSP) : 0002A

      • NCAA 3차(RTSP) : 0002C

      • NCAA 4차(RTSP) : 0002E

      • K-League 1차 : 0005A

      • K-League 2차 : 0005B

  • Group/Channel Excel Table

    • IMS personnel fill out Excel before the game, after assigning System_ID

    • It is recommended to modify the SharePoint internal source itself, which is synchronized without modifying the deployed Excel locally.

    • All Excel tables that are deployed are managed on the 4DReplay Sharepoint page

      • ※ IMS management URL: It is different for each region, so you need to check the person in charge

  • IMS Pre-Work

    • Deliver match information from the Development team

    • Determining system specifications and configuring VPCs according to the game scale

    • IMS configuration (venue information, system information, node information [4DRS, 4DLS, 4DSS, 4DML])

    • Create a group/channel Excel table and fill in information
